Current Delivery Times
All our fire pits are made to order in our Northumberland workshop so please consider our current delivery time of 7 days when placing your order.
Our knives have a 14-21 days delivery time. They are hand made entirely from scratch and require some periods of time that can’t be sped up.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Delivery charges range from £5 – £48 depending on the item you have ordered. Generally, larger fire pits will be delivered on a pallet if they are sent pre-assembled, and knives, accessories and most smaller fire pits will be sent by courier in a box. Exact delivery costs are listed on the delivery tab of each product.

Special Occasions
If you need your order for a special occasion please call us before you place it to make sure we can meet your date.
Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You must return it unused and in its original packaging.
If your purchase was faulty we will of course replace it at our own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
